Overview

Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez was founded durring the early 12th century in summer of the year 1124, by Azros Phomageet. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Azros Phomageet.

Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez was built using the conventions of Wood Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.

Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez is buildings have been located at convienant points along the rivers Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the broad paverstone streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks, spikes, and fences to provide some protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. The town's minimaly adiquite have recently undergone extensive repairs and renovations, such that the repairwork is imeadiently apparent and can be spotted due to the diffring ages of materials. One can't help but wonder what brought the need for those repairs to the town.

Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez has the unmistakable air of a town on its last legs. Everything is a bit slipshod and ramshackle. Everyone is at work, or drinking. No one has anything in their eyes other than fear and despair. Whatever industry once fueled Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez ’s existence has dried up and the town is drifting down the stream of history as it dries up.

Points of Interest

Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez has been cursed with some blight that makes life difficult, albeit not impossible. An offended sorcerer's vengeful Working, an outraged god's wrath, a local distortion of the Legacy, or a simple history of bad feng shui in the area may have brought the curse about. I(devise not only the curse, but the reason why the locals haven't left for better lands).

The roads leading into Wi Chyhyëmgwë Kez possess a great number of switchbacks. While designed for defense, they mostly wind up pissing everyone trying to take goods to town right the hell off.
